Project Iron genes and rerolls

Project Iron has separate reroll categories for genetics and body attributes. The developer has confirmed an Anomaly training-gene buff and clearer frame bonuses; exact gene odds are not provided in the reviewed announcement.

Separate reroll categories

The product catalog separates frame, height, weight, genetic and arm-wrestling gene rerolls. Their entries do not include descriptions, so these categories should not be treated as interchangeable or assigned invented roll odds. [8]

Anomaly genes and frame bonuses

Anomaly is named as a training gene in the October 28 developer patch, which increases its effect. The same patch makes gene and frame bonus descriptions clearer. No numerical Anomaly bonus, complete gene list or rarity probabilities appear in that announcement. Read the current in-game descriptions when comparing rolls; the patch alone does not establish a best-gene ranking. [5]

Reroll rewards and jackpot limits

The November 1 FIXES announcement offers 50 rerolls plus boosts whose values are not stated. It does not identify a specific gene or frame reroll category. Separately, the October 28 patch improves event reroll chances and adds a jackpot worth 20 rerolls. That is a reward amount, not a promise of a jackpot after 20 attempts. Neither post supplies a probability table. See the Codes tab for the exact announcement and current review notes. [4] [5]

How to choose which genetics roll to reroll

Decide what you want to change before using a reroll. For a training effect such as Anomaly, compare the gene descriptions shown in your current build. To change a body attribute, look for its own reroll category. Check which category a reward covers before budgeting it for a gene roll: the FIXES announcement names 50 rerolls without identifying a category. [5] [4]
